Backroad access update

Please be advised that the gate previously installed at 6.5 km on Datlamen Main has now been relocated to McClinton Main at its junction with Ira Main (map below).

We’re also excited to share that repair work on the slide at 13.5 km on Awun has been completed.

With the gate relocation, backcountry access to McClinton/Awun areas has now been restored.

Please note that there remains no vehicular access to Dinan Bay.
